Vacuum Cooler Brief Description

Vacuum Cooler is the quickest and uniformly(from the core to exterior has the same temperature after vacuum cooled) cooling system for vegetable, fruits, flowers, berries&more.

 

Vacuum cooling technology which base on the the phenomenon that water starts boiling at lower temperatures as the pressure decreases. So as to the vacuum cooler use the vacuum pump to extract the air and water vapor from vacuum chamber, when the vacuum pressure reduce to the water boiling level, the boiling process to take away heat from products.As an effect, products can be cooled down through and through to 1 or 55 ⁰C within 20 – 30 minutes. This way also suitable the (micro-perforated) packed products
