Vacuum Coolers is a cooling equipment which uses vacuum pump to take away the air and water vapor from vacuum chamber to reduce the vacuum pressure. Under the low vacuum pressure, the boiling point of water decreases, the latent heat of evaporation increases, and the free water of the surface of the cooling products is vaporized to take away the heat of itself and the bad environment to achieve the cooling effect.

 

Vacuum Coolers Main Components

 

Vacuum system--To takes away the air in vacuum chamber, then cool the vegetables down. We adopt market leaders Busch and Elmo Rietchle for their reliable quality and hardly need maintenance.

Refrigeration system--To catch the water vapor in ths chamber so as to ensure the continous cooling process.

The evaporator (water catcher) inside the vacuum chamber condenses the water vapour, the cold medium (R 404a) is cooled down by a refrigeration system.

The compressor adopt the reliable quality (Germany) or Hanbell (Taiwan) to bear the heat exchange process.

Control system---To control and show the working condition of the vacuum cooler. It display the work status on screen.
