Vacuum Cooling Equipment Description
The vacuum system evacuates the air contained in the entire vacuum chamber. This evacuation, causing the drop in pressure inside the chamber, is what provides the opportunity for the product inside the chamber to drop in temperature by means of “evaporative cooling”. “Evaporative cooling” is achieved as the moisture in the product “boils off” under the reduced pressure inside the vacuum chamber. The air to be evacuated from the vacuum chamber not only includes the air surrounding the pallet product but also the air that is in empty spaces found inside the boxes or cartons of the product to be cooled.
Vacuum Cooling Equipment Main Components
a. Vacuum chamber--To load your vegetables. The vacuum chamber dimension depend on the amount of pallets you want to cool per cycle and the pallets individual dimensions.
b. Vacuum system--To takes away the air in vacuum chamber, then cool the vegetables down. We adopt market leaders Busch and Elmo Rietchle for their reliable quality and hardly need maintenance.
c. Refrigeration system--To catch the water vapor in ths chamber so as to ensure the continous cooling process.
The evaporator (water catcher) inside the vacuum chamber condenses the water vapour, the cold medium (R 404a) is cooled down by a refrigeration system.
The compressor adopt the reliable quality (Germany) or Hanbell (Taiwan) to bear the heat exchange process.
d. Control system---To control and show the working condition of the vacuum cooler. It display the work status on screen.
